6:00 pm Trip to the Camden Children's Garden (Garden Club Event)

All Rutgers alumi and garden enthusiasts are invited to a private tour of the Camden Children's Garden with Director Mike Devlin who is a Rutgers Law graduate. Gardening, his hobby, became his career 20 some years ago.  As an award winning gardener, he organizes a Camden Children's Garden exhibit at the Philadelphia Flower Show. Mike will share his gardening tips.

George Fore, a Rutgers alum, and his wife Chris will host a talk at their store (near the former Ellisburg Circle) from 6 until 8 pm.  George, an expert gardener, will offer a slide presentation that he prepared for the 2006 Flower Show.  Coffee will be served.

The Rutgers–Camden Alumni Association is offering another opera event with Rutgers-Camden's own distinguished professor Julianne Baird. Over and early dinner at the Union League, Dr. Baird will again provide one of her insightful pre-opera lectures. This year she hosts us for a special performance of Puccini's "La Boheme"

9:30 am Ritz Movie Preview (Special Event)

Join other alumni and friends to preview a film before its release at the Ritz 16 in Voorhees, NJ on November 19th. Doors will open at 9:30 am when coffee will be served. The film will begin at 10 am followed by a discussion led by a film critic.
Immediately after the film, at approximately 12:30 pm, lunch will be served at Chez Elena Wu and Rutgers-Camden alumni Allen Hausse will give a slide presentation based on his newest book, South Jersey Movie Houses.

Rutgers Camden Alumni will visit the Franklin Institute to see the IMAX film and view the King Tut Exhibit that evening. The shuttle will leave campus at 5:25 and take us to the Franklin Institute for the exhibition and film.
