	The Rutgers-Camden Reunion on the River 2007 will highlight the Political Science Department which will celebrate 55 years of service to the Campus. Dr. Arthur Klinghoffer will be honored on his retirement.
	These events will be preceded by the 2006 Outstanding Faculty Speaker Dr Alan Tarr. His topic will be "Individual Rights in Difficult Times". Dr. Tarr’s presentation will cover how to protect individual rights while dealing with war and other emergencies.
